- I am updating this review for a few things.First, installing their app and updating the firmware on the earphones has made the touch controls much more responsive, so I am removing the touch problem from my original review.Second, the company has reached out to me personally trying to suggest fixes and help guide toward some solutions, including some very generous offers without any caveats that I need to edit or remove the review as some other shady companies do.With the changes and their quick response to assist I will be changing this review rating. Edited review below:Starting off, the sound is low. The speaker doesn\'t line up with my large ear very well, so the sound isn\'t directed into the canal very well. They are not formable either since the connective body is a nice soft rubber but doesn\'t stay bent out formed.According to the company the battery is rated15 hours at 50% volume and will be only 9-10 hours at max volume which is about what I measured. It\'s in constant use for me as I drive 10+ hours and have a *lot* of time on the phone plus listening to interviews and podcasts, and generally keeping the earphones going all day. My longest battery time is about 9 hours. Still an incredible amount for such a small unit but not the advertised 15 hours.There is no charging case. I understand trying to save costs, but I have purchased functional headphones with a charger, case, cable, and cleaning cloth for less. At least have a decent priced version with battery case. The thing is, it isn\'t a $10 or even a $20 accessory, it\'s $50 for a battery case. 50 US dollars. Sheesh.Last on the somewhat negatives; the noise rejection doesn\'t exist. Walking briskly is too much wind for the mics. All outside noise is brought in EXCEPT vehicles are muted a bit. If they could borrow the noise filtering from someone else these might be a serious contender for great earphones.Now for the pros:- These are some of the most comfortable earphones I have ever worn. I forget they are there. They don\'t budge or shake when I am turning my head normally.- The battery is good. I know I wrote about not meeting the 15 hour promise but even at 9 constant hours of use they are great.- Pairing is dangerously easy. I opened them up, the earphones powered up, and broadcast a pop up screen on every phone in 30 feet a prompt to pair. I don\'t mean a standard bluetooth prompt. I mean a half screen picture and button to accept (no reject). It was weirdly Apple like while being a little disturbing to the others in the office when their phones also prompted for a connection with a giant prompt.- Thin long case is good for pockets. It\'s a little long to keep in your pocket but it is thankfully thin enough to mostly be fine if you have full sized pockets.These are so close to great in so many areas. I really want to love these, they are exactly the type of sound and fit I need to wear all day. I use either Sony LinkBuds or a single ear bluetooth headset but these would trounce both of these options with just a bit better noise handling.
